This Privacy Policy governs the processing of personal data of users (hereinafter the “User” or “Users”), which may be gathered by Instituto de Formação Aeronáutica, Lda. (“IFA”), as controller, in the context of the use of the website www.ifa-training.com (hereinafter the “Website”).

Providing your personal data implies your knowledge and acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy.

1. Collection and processing of personal data

Access to and use of the Website does not require Users to share personal data.

However, the use of certain of the Website’s features, namely the contact request, involves the provision of personal data by Users.

Such data shall be processed by IFA, further to Users’ consent, in order to manage the contact established and to provide any clarifications and information requested by Users.

Audiovisual registration (video and pictures) of events promoted by IFA shall be only used on IFA’s promotional actions; The user/visitor abdicates it’s rights over this media.
